2024 FEATURE EVENT
We are thrilled to announce a culinary event on Saturday 3 August 2024 that will tantalize your taste buds and celebrate the rich, local produce of the Gascoyne region in Western Australia.
This unique dining experience set against the backdrop of two banana patches, will be headlined by none other than Jenna Holmes, author of "Love, Chaos and Rigatoni," and culinary visionary and founder of the popular Pasta Club.
Jenna who is making her debut in Western Australia, will share her philosophy of sourcing ingredients locally to create dishes that are both delicious and sustainable.
Her passion for cooking with local produce, and her influence will undoubtedly highlight the exceptional quality of the Gascoyne region's offerings on a national stage.
We are also excited to reveal that Jenna will be accompanied by an exciting team of chefs, whose names will be announced soon. This dynamic team promises to bring their own flair and creativity to the event, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience for all attendees.

The Mediterranean Long Table Lunch will feature a carefully curated menu that showcases the best of Gascoyne produce, expertly transformed into delectable shared-style Mediterranean dishes.
As you enjoy the flavours and aromas of the feast, indulge in two complimentary Whalebone gin cocktails designed by Wooramullua’s Rennee Turner, you'll be surrounded by the picturesque scenery of a thriving banana plantation, creating a truly immersive and unforgettable experience.
