New in 2025! Get ready to savour the Gascoyne like never before with the Taste of the Gascoyne Food Trail – a delicious new experience woven into the Gascoyne Food Festival, Australia’s largest regional gastronomic celebration.

From the red cliffs of Shark Bay to the turquoise waters of Exmouth, this region-wide trail invites you on a self-guided journey of flavour, showcasing local restaurants, farmers, chefs and producers through seasonal dishes inspired by the best of the Gascoyne’s land and sea.​

What is the Taste of the Gascoyne Food Trail?

Locally Inspired

Menus
Each participating venue will create a signature dish featuring seasonal Gascoyne produce. You can expect anything from Exmouth prawns and Shark Bay snapper to Carnarvon bananas, mangoes or tomatoes. Expect creative menus that shine a light on our region’s rich horticultural and seafood offerings.

Follow our beautifully designed digital and print trail map, making it easy to explore restaurants, cafés, stations, and food experiences across the Gascoyne.

Discover the vibrant food scene in towns like Exmouth, Carnarvon, Coral Bay, Denham, Gascoyne Junction and beyond.

In collaboration with Australia’s Coral Coast (ACC), the trail will be promoted across websites, newsletters and social media – amplifying the reach of participating venues and encouraging road-trippers and food lovers to explore more of the region.
